“There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky.
And you ask, “What if I fall?” Oh, but my darling, “What if you fly?”
(Erin Hanson)

What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga is a perfect combination of relaxation,
physical training, creativity and a little bit of challenge.
The most obvious benefit of practicing Aerial Yoga is
improving and maintaining flexibility and muscular
strength in general and keeping the spine healthy at any
age while having fun.
It helps a lot with finding and maintaining balance
physically, mentally and emotionally for everyone who is
open for mindfulness and ready for a transformation, even
without practicing yoga before.

My yoga story
I'm the curious type and also I've been spending enough
time on this planet already so I've had a chance to try and
practice lots of different workout and yoga styles through
decades from step aerobics (yes, I'm that old :) ) to Bikram
yoga.
Regular training is essential for me as I suffer from scoliosis
due to my original profession, as a photojournalist,
I had to carry heavy set bags for many years.
When I first met Aerial yoga, I fell in love immediately with
the playfulness of this yoga style. The regular practice not
only helped me out of the constant back pain but gave me
the joy of finding new goals and challenges which started to
give me a balance in all the fields of my life.
I completed my World Yoga Alliance certified Aerial Yoga
Flow Teacher Training in 2023.
My aim is to deliver the same benefits I gained from the
regular practice to you, if you are open to it.
